The Group selector limits the current view to members of the selected group. Groups can be pre-defined by the Administrator and each user can set up their own personal groups (up to 9) to reflect team members, ad-hoc groups, or project members. The View selector lets you change to the desired view (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.)

Filters
Meeting status filters let you filter a view based on the status (free / tentative / busy / out of office / working elsewhere) of a meeting. Multiple selections are possible (e.g. out of office OR working elsewhere) to show who's not in-house

Category filters let you filter a view based on the category of a meeting. The categories and their colors can be freely defined (up to 40 categories). Multiple selections are possible (e.g. Service Confirmed OR Service NOT Confirmed) to show who's booked for a service call.

The full text search field allows you to search for text in organizers, participants, subjects, and location of the meetings. When enabled, it shows only meetings in the view that contain the searched text.

Navigation / other buttons
The date navigation buttons let you jump to a specific date, the current date, or move back / forward a day / week / month, depending on the displayed view.

The "Book meeting" button opens a form to book meetings directly in AgendaX. These are then synchronized with Microsoft 365 / Exchange server.

Who is where? Snapshot

The Who is where? snapshot, shows the current availability and is automatically updated at regular time intervals. It only displays appointments currently in place.
