Time range
The Single user yearly view displays appointments of a single user for a year. A month is shown as a line on the horizontal axis and the months of a year on the vertical axis.
Headings
Headings show week days for a month.
Appointments
Appointments are displayed with colored blocks.
The color depends on the category or (if uncategorized) the status of the meeting (tentative / busy / out of office / working elsewhere).
Meeting details such as subject, location, etc. are shown when hovering over the blocks.
