Time range
The Weekly time usage per group view shows a week with the days of the week on the horizontal axis and the time on the vertical axis, grouped together by subject.
Headings
Headings show the day name and the date.
Appointments
Appointments are displayed with stickers that have a colored border and indicate their duration in detail, just like in Outlook. The subject, organizer, participants and time of a meeting are displayed within the sticker.
The color depends on the category or (if uncategorized) the status of the meeting (tentative / busy / out of office / working elsewhere).
In this view, appointments are grouped together by subject. This gives a good overview of small groups and the duration of their appointments throughout the day.
All day events are shown separately at the top.
Options
This view can optionally show the time of the day
- from 12 AM until 12 AM the following day
- from the start of the configured working day (e.g. 8AM) until the end of the configured working day (e.g. 6PM)
