Time range
The Weekly time usage per individual view shows a week with the days of the week on the horizontal axis and the time on the vertical axis.
Headings
Headings show the day name and the date.
Appointments
Appointments are displayed with stickers that have a colored border and indicate their duration in detail, just like in Outlook. The time, subject, location, organizer and participants of a meeting are displayed within the sticker.
The color depends on the category or (if uncategorized) the status of the meeting (tentative / busy / out of office / working elsewhere).
Options
This view can optionally show the time of the day
- from 12 AM until 12 AM the following day
- from the start of the configured working day (e.g. 8AM) until the end of the configured working day (e.g. 6PM)
