Time range
The Weekly view with AM/PM bars shows a week with the days of the week on the horizontal axis. It shows whether an employee is free or busy in the morning or afternoon or the whole day.
Headings
Headings show the day name and the date.
Appointments
Appointments are displayed with colored AM, PM, or whole day bars.
The color depends on the category or (if uncategorized) the status of the meeting (tentative / busy / out of office / working elsewhere).
Appointment details such as time, subject, location, etc. are displayed when hovering over the bars.
Options
This view can optionally show the time of the day
- from 12 AM until 12 AM the following day
- from the start of the configured working day (e.g. 8AM) until the end of the configured working day (e.g. 6PM)
