The Who is where? snapshot, shows the current availability and is automatically updated at regular time intervals.
It only displays appointments currently in place.
Appointments
Appointments are displayed with colored squares.
The color depends on the category or (if uncategorized) the status of the meeting (tentative / busy / out of office / working elsewhere).
Meeting details such as time, subject, location, etc. are displayed when hovering over the squares.
This view is ideal for receptionists, telephone operators, group secretaries, etc. to get an instant overview of the company, who is free, who is busy or absent, or when someone will be available
Clicking an appointment opens the detailed weekly overview of the corresponding employee.
