Global views
Whether your company is small or you need calendar overviews across locations, time zones, or even organizations, AgendaX gives you a global view of employees, company vehicles, meeting rooms and other resources and their availability.
Team members can easily share important dates and events, ensuring everyone stays informed and aligned with the team’s objectives and priorities.
AgendaX group calendaring plays a crucial role in enhancing teamwork, communication, and productivity within and across organizations.
Scheduling efficiency
Managing and organizing meetings has never been easier with overviews that show multiple calendars representing your team members, departments, locations, and resources.
Improve efficiency by finding mutually convenient meeting times without the back-and-forth of emails or messages – facilitate coordination for various collaborative activities such as project deadlines, team outings, or training sessions.
Instantaneous
AgendaX is group scheduling that is instantaneous, without waiting for Outlook to retrieve calendar data of multiple team members from the server.
A group calendar that simply works, with easy to use, color-coded views. See immediately which meeting room is available or which employee is busy in a meeting and cannot take calls.
Reduced conflicts
By providing visibility into everyone’s schedules, AgendaX helps prevent scheduling conflicts such as double-bookings or overlapping meetings.
Users can set their availability preferences and mark periods of unavailability (e.g., vacations, personal appointments), making it easier for others to schedule around these times.
Access Anywhere, Anytime
AgendaX is web-based and accessible from various devices (desktops, laptops, smartphones, tablets), and synchronizes with Exchange Server / Microsoft 365, ensuring users can view and update their calendars wherever they are, using the tools they are familiar with.
Real-time synchronization ensures that any changes made to the calendar are instantly reflected across all devices, minimizing the risk of misunderstandings or outdated information.
Resource Management
AgendaX includes features for booking shared resources such as meeting rooms, equipment, or vehicles.
Users can check the availability of resources directly from the web-interface and reserve them for specific time slots, reducing conflicts and optimizing resource utilization.
Transparency
AgendaX promotes transparency within teams by providing visibility into everyone’s schedules and commitments.
This transparency fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration, as team members can see how their activities align with overall team goals and priorities, which promotes accountability and understanding of workload distribution.

Indispensable for receptionists & telephone operators
AgendaX’s “Who is where?” overview gives receptionists and telephone operators an immediate overview of people’s availability and shows only the meetings currently in progress.
Extensive compatibility
AgendaX works with Exchange 2010, Exchange 2013, Exchange 2016, Exchange 2019, Exchange Online, Office / Microsoft 365, and manages your staff and resources even across different organizations and Microsoft 365 tenants, enabling calendar overviews across companies and Exchange organizations.

AgendaX offers statistical analysis and insight into team scheduling patterns that can help identify productivity trends and workload and optimize scheduling practices.
Leverage and enhance Microsoft 365 / Exchange group calendaring
Get an overall view of staff and resource schedules – also in large and geographically dispersed organizations.

User-defined fields
AgendaX can store additional information along with the meeting in user-definable fields, e.g. travel information for field service, project assignment, billing information, etc.
These fields can also be searched and filtered in all views enabling you to display only the meetings that are relevant to you.

No training necessary
Group scheduling is an important need in our company.
AgendaX gives our employees easy access to selected calendar data on the intranet, which makes the planning of personnel and resources much more efficient. Thanks to the user-friendly web-based interface of AgendaX, the acceptance was very good and no training of the employees was necessary.

Works great across timezones
After we’ve checked a number of group calendar solutions, we finally decided on AgendaX.
There were many reasons for this: The simple installation and administration; the ease with which the solution could be adapted to our needs and into our intranet.
We also have a number of branch offices in different time zones.
Setting up the users of these locations in AgendaX with the right time zone was a snap. The users found the interface very intuitive and all feedback I got has been very positive.

Flexible, customizable
We tried multiple solutions to share calendar information between many users. Due to our requirement for a calendar to be accessible across multiple domains we were unable to find an adequate solution until we evaluated AgendaX.
We required secure access to multiple calendars with a flexible user interface. AgendaX proved to be very flexible, customizable and the most secure solution for our needs.

Very happy
We are very happy with AgendaX. It is working very well for us and we use it as a normal part of company scheduling. It is very easy to use and setup, though I am having issues with it now after beginning a migration Exchange mailboxes to a new mailstore on another Exchange server. However, I‘m sure I‘ll get the kinks out. We are indeed very pleased with the product and as the network admin I must say that I am also very pleased with how easy it is to manage it.

A great product
AgendaX is a great product. As a group calendaring solution, it is the best on the market. AgendaX just works. I have full faith in it.
AgendaX has worked so well for us for over 10 years. I have never had to learn anything detailed about it. I just upgrade it and it always works!
As for the single issue we’ve had in the last 10 years while migrating to Office 365, tech support has done a great job tracking and resolving the issue.

Simply Perfect
10 years ago I was looking for a calendaring solution and I found AgendaX.
10 years after I was looking for another calendaring solution, spent 2 days on searching, and I still couldn’t find anything which came close to AgendaX.
